Ingredients:
- 16 ounce package of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion (peeled)
- 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small 4 ounce can of chopped pineapple in juice, drained
- 2 cups Trinity Valley Pecan Pieces, finely chopped.
Place all ingredients except pineapple into mixing bowl. Using hands, mash all ingredients until well blended then shape into large ball.
On large sheet of wax paper, spread finely chopped Trinity Valley Pecan Pieces. Roll cheese ball gently over pecans until completely covered. Chill cheese ball until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite crackers. This cheese ball is so delicious youll want to keep your camera handy to capture the smiles on everyones faces. |
