Pecans are good to eat and they’re good for you. In fact, nibbling on pecans can actually lower your bad LDL cholesterol and raise your good cholesterol. They’re also rich in fiber and loaded with vitamin E. That means they’re good for your health and your heart. Just one more good reason to gobble them up. Don’t you love it!
